I find no difficulty blowing into it means the oil separator not clogged. I would pressure test the cooling system. I check the oil filler cap, and it leaked. Would it make it to the shop if I drive it. One seals the stem of the valve, the other the cylinder head cover.

A wiring harness junction box needs to be connected back up to the bottom of the intake and there are various cables and vacuum hoses that are very difficult to install after the manifold is bolted in place, so care here was needed to make sure everything was routed and connected up correctly. One other tip, to get the fuel injector harness off, I would definitely use a small pick to remove each individual little clip and then remove the harness.
